 Privacy Policy for Kasir Toko Offline

This Privacy Policy explains how **Kasir Toko Offline** (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, uses, stores, and shares data when you use the App.

Kasir Toko Offline is an offline point-of-sale application for small shops, resellers, home businesses, and MSMEs. Most operational data is stored locally on your device. However, certain features such as advertising, file sharing, and backup/restore may involve third-party services or apps.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

### 1. Information we access or process

#### a. Data you enter into the App

The App may store business data that you enter, including but not limited to:

- store name, store address, store phone number, and store settings;

- product data, categories, stock, cost price, selling price, and barcodes;

- transaction data, transaction items, receipts, discounts, payment methods, and transaction notes;

- customer data you choose to enter, such as customer names, phone numbers, and debt/receivable records;

- expense data, capital data, reports, and sales history;

- backup database files that you choose to create or restore.

This data is generally stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

#### b. Camera data

If you use the barcode scanning feature, the App requests camera permission in order to scan product barcodes.

- The camera is used only for barcode scanning functionality.

- Camera images are processed to detect barcodes and are not intended to be sent to our servers.

- If you deny camera permission, you can still enter barcodes manually.

#### c. Files and documents you choose

If you use the backup or restore feature:

- The App accesses only the file or storage location that you specifically choose through the Android system file picker.

- The App does not request broad storage access beyond the file or location you select.

- Backup files saved outside the App remain under your control and may be managed by the storage or file management app/service you use.

#### d. Data collected by third-party advertising SDKs

If the App displays ads using **Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK**, that SDK may automatically collect and share certain data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Based on Google's official documentation, these data categories may include:

- IP address;

- user interactions with the app or ads;

- diagnostic information;

- device and account identifiers, including Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other related identifiers where applicable.

According to Google's official documentation, user data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

### 2. How we use data

We use data for the following purposes:

- to operate the App as an offline point-of-sale solution;

- to store and display store, product, transaction, report, debt, and expense data;

- to scan barcodes using the camera;

- to create, export, restore, share, or print receipts and reports;

- to display banner, native, or rewarded ads through AdMob;

- to maintain app stability, prevent abuse, and fix errors.

### 3. When data may be shared

We do not sell your business data to third parties.

However, certain data may be shared in the following situations:

- **Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK**: for ad serving, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention;

- **Third-party sharing apps** such as WhatsApp or any other app you choose when using the share feature;

- **Storage providers or file-management tools** that you choose when exporting or restoring backups.

If you share receipts, reports, or files through third-party apps, any further processing of that data is governed by the third party's privacy policy, not ours.

### 4. Advertising and privacy choices

If the App uses AdMob:

- The App may display banner, native, and rewarded ads.

- Rewarded features may provide in-app benefits, such as unlocking one PDF export or temporarily hiding ads.

- Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we may present privacy notices, consent messages, or ad privacy options to users.

### 5. Data storage

Most of the App's operational data is stored locally on your device, including the App's main database.

We currently do not provide a user account system or our own cloud backend for storing your store operational data.

### 6. Data retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide App functionality or until you delete it.

You can delete data by:

- using the **Delete All Data** feature inside the App;

- clearing the App's data through Android device settings;

- deleting backup files, receipts, images, or PDFs that you have saved or shared;

- uninstalling the App from your device.

Because the App does not currently require end users to create an in-app account, account deletion requirements do not generally apply to normal use of this App.

Please note:

- if you exported or shared files to third-party apps or services, you must delete those files from the relevant destination separately;

- data processed by third-party advertising providers such as Google is subject to their own retention and deletion practices.

### 7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect user data, including:

- local on-device storage;

- restricting access through Android permission controls;

- using the Android system file picker for backup and restore operations;

- relying on encrypted in-transit transmission by Google's advertising SDK as described in Google's official documentation.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

### 8. Children's privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under the age defined by applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child's data has been entered into the App inappropriately, please contact us.

### 9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding personal data, including the right to:

- understand how data is processed;

- withdraw certain consent where consent is requested;

- limit certain features by declining permissions;

- delete local data through the App or device settings.
