CCTV Phone to Phone ("App", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, stores, shares, and protects data when you use the App on Android devices.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application CCTV Phone to Phone published by safinah Mawadda
1. Summary
The App is designed to allow one phone to function as a camera/stream source and another phone to function as a viewer over a local network or hotspot connection.
In general:
The App does not require account registration.
The App is primarily intended to work locally on your device and local network.
Camera streaming, viewer history, settings, and snapshots are primarily handled on-device.
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob and related Google Mobile Ads technologies.
The App may access certain device data and permissions that are necessary for core app functionality.
2. Information and Data We Access
Depending on how you use the App, we may access the following categories of data:
a. Camera
The App accesses your device camera when you use Camera Mode in order to capture and stream visual content from one device to another.
b. Network Information
The App accesses network-related information such as:
local IP address,
Wi‑Fi or network connection state,
local connectivity information required to establish viewing/streaming sessions.
This is necessary for the App’s core function of connecting devices on the same network or hotspot.
c. User-Entered Data
The App may process data that you manually enter, such as:
stream URLs,
viewer connection addresses,
QR code scan results used to populate a stream URL.
d. Locally Stored App Data
The App may store data locally on your device, such as:
app settings,
recent connection history,
saved snapshots,
temporary session state.
e. Advertising and Related Technical Data
If advertising is enabled, third-party advertising SDKs, such as Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, may automatically collect certain technical and advertising-related data. Based on Google’s official documentation for the Google Mobile Ads SDK, this may include:
IP address,
device and account identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers where applicable,
user product interactions,
diagnostic information.
Google states that data collected by the latest Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. For more details, see Google’s documentation and privacy materials.
3. How We Use Data
We use data only for legitimate app functions, including:
providing live local camera streaming between devices,
connecting the viewer device to the camera device,
generating and scanning QR codes for connection setup,
saving snapshots when requested by the user,
storing settings and recent history on-device for convenience,
maintaining app stability, performance, and functionality,
preventing abuse, fraud, or misuse where applicable,
serving and measuring ads if advertising is enabled.
We do not claim to use your data for purposes unrelated to the App’s functionality unless expressly disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data only in the following situations:
a. With Service Providers / SDK Providers
The App may use third-party SDKs or services that process certain data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms, including:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK,
Google ML Kit Barcode Scanning, if used for QR scanning functionality.
b. With Other Devices You Intentionally Connect
When you use the App’s streaming features, video frames and connection information may be transmitted between devices that you intentionally connect over your local network or hotspot.
c. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may process certain data as described in their own privacy documentation and policies. This may include advertising identifiers, IP address, interaction data, diagnostic information, and other technical data necessary for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related operations.
Relevant Google resources include:

If legally required in your region, users may be shown privacy or consent messaging related to personalized or non-personalized ads.
6. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request or use the following permissions:
a. Camera Permission
Used to capture camera frames when the device is acting as the stream source.
b. Internet Permission
Used to support local streaming connections and advertising SDK functionality.
c. Network State / Wi‑Fi State Permissions
Used to detect connectivity status and obtain local network information needed for camera-viewer connections.
The App should only use permissions that are necessary for user-facing functionality.
7. Local Storage and Files
The App may store snapshots and app-related data locally on your device. For example:
snapshots may be saved to app-accessible storage on the device,
history and settings may be stored locally for usability.
You are responsible for managing files stored on your device, including deleting snapshots or uninstalling the App if you no longer want local data retained.
8. Data Retention
We retain data according to the following general principles:
Live camera/session data: processed temporarily during active use and not retained longer than necessary for the session, unless the user explicitly saves content.
Settings and history: stored locally on-device until deleted by the user, overwritten by the App, or removed when the App is uninstalled or app data is cleared.
Snapshots: retained on-device until deleted by the user or removed when app data/storage is cleared, subject to how Android handles app-specific storage.
Third-party advertising or SDK data: retained according to the applicable third party’s own policies and systems.
9. Data Deletion
Because the App does not require a user account, there may be no centralized account-based deletion workflow.
Users may delete data by:
clearing app data from Android system settings,
uninstalling the App,
deleting snapshots or files stored by the App on the device,
clearing history or other in-app stored items if such controls are provided.
If you contact us at [EMAIL KONTAK], we can explain what data is stored by the App and what deletion options are available based on the current version of the App.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data processed by the App. These measures may include:
minimizing unnecessary data collection,
limiting use of permissions to app functionality,
local storage practices appropriate to the App’s design,
relying on trusted platform and SDK protections where applicable,
encrypted transmission in transit where used by integrated SDK providers such as Google Mobile Ads SDK, according to their documentation.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children unless explicitly stated in the Google Play listing.
If the App is made available to children or mixed audiences in the future, we may need to adjust advertising behavior, privacy disclosures, and policy terms to comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
If you believe a child has provided personal data inappropriately, please contact us at safinah Mawadda
12. International Data Processing
If third-party SDKs or services are used, data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, subject to those providers’ own privacy practices and legal frameworks.
13. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services or SDKs, including but not limited to:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
Google ML Kit
Google Play Services, where applicable
These third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review them separately.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or through the app listing.
